What is Cerakote?

Cerakote is a Polymer-Ceramic coating that can be applied to metals, plastics, polymers and wood. The unique formulation used for Cerakote ceramic coating enhances a number of physical performance properties including abrasion/wear resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, impact strength, and hardness.Each of these properties is rigorously tested to guarantee that Cerakote products remain at the forefront of the ceramic coatings market. Cerakote ceramic coatings utilize state-of-the-art technology to out-perform any competitive coating in both laboratory settings and real world applications.

How long does shipping take?

After processing, Shipping takes 1-5 days. We ship USPS Priority Mail :Signature Required

How  long does Processing take?

Depending on the volume of orders we have for the product you purchased. Please check estimated ship dates on your kit type.

Do Custom Options add to the processing time?

Yes. All orders are custom made just for you!

I have a weird build in mind, can you help me make it?

Yes! We will do our best to help make your dream gun a reality. Kits are custom made for gun fanatics quite often!

Do  you have Social Media?

Yes! We offer a variety of videos on YouTube and you can find us across all platforms  @1776SupplyCo (not Fb at this time)

What is a custom option that might add more time to my shipment?

Are your products in stock, whats taking so long?

Yes. All products offered on the website are in stock. Please read the description carefully as some items are backorder items. Custom selections may add additional time.

What is Backorder?

This is a product that typically doesnt sell often. At the time your order takes place we then order your product from our distributors. Assemble the kits, Package, then ship.

How long will my back order take?

Please be patient up to 5 weeks. Some distributors may not have the product in stock.

My card was charged but you havent shipped my item, why?

Due to the prices of our product, we want to make sure funds are available to your account at the time of purchse. We wouldnt want to run the funds a a later time and risk putting you into the negative.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not. however if placing orders over 100 pieces please email Support@1776SupplyCo.com

How much does shipping cost?

It Varies by how many items you have in your cart, the shipping option selected and the destination. If you go to your cart, theres a tool that allows you to estimate shipping cost.

I forgot to put an item in my cart and i have already paid, can you add it please?

Email Support@1776SupplyCo. we will email an invoice, waive the shipping fee and send it as a separate shipment.

Can you combine orders to save on shipping?

Unfortunately there’s no way for us to accomplish this task due to the high volume.

I ordered the wrong size/item, can you change the size/item on my order?

Unfortunately theres no way for us to edit an order after it has been processed. We can however cancel and refund orders under $100 at no additional cost so you can place an order with the correct item/size.

How do i return an item?

Please visit our Retun Center to begin a return. You will need the Order Number and email address associated with the order to begin the process

 

I received the wrong item, what do i do?

Please visit our Return Center to start the return process.

After you have done that, please email Support@1776SupplyCo.com with your original order number and we will make sure to get your items out to you as quickly as possible.

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately no. At this time, our processors require the shipping address to match the billing address on the card used to make the purchase.

I wont be home on delivery day.Can you leave my package on the porch?

All of our packages are Signature Required. These packages will be held at your local Post Office for a period of time or until you schedule a re-delivery.
